Afternoon, Mr. Frost. My name is Cheym; I work with some of the kedan outside the city on agriculture. I hear you have a talent for winter weather.

Yeah, that's... pretty much my thing.

Are you able to dispel it as much as summon it? I only ask because we've spent a long time in cool and cold climates and it makes it hard to grow everything we'd like. For the moment, it looks like Tu Vishan is heading to warmer regions, but it would be enormously valuable to hold off cold snaps in the future, even just for a little while.

[Long enough to get covers over certain crops, and to harvest others, for example.]

We could make a more formal arrangement, if it's within your abilities. I wouldn't want to stretch you thin.

I can't say I've ever tried that, Mother Nature would have been really upset if I'd tried.

I know I can help move cold from one area to another, would that help?

That could be extraordinarily helpful, yes. Even a small nudge away from the fields and greenhouses would make a big difference, if the temperature dips again.

I've noticed several Foreigners returning after their time away. It's an interesting change - and maybe this means the winds of change are blowing for us, too.

Nothing to worry about, Mr. Frost - but I trust you've noticed that things are different than when you were last here. We are a fluid people, and not just because of our mutable properties.
