A few days ago.

[ She hadn't come for her shift at the Welcome Center and he was concerned. But her suite -- which he'd been inside a few times, so he knew what to look for -- had been emptied. ]

Both Tony's are gone. You saw Elizabeth's mention about Chekov too? There's... been a lot, lately.

[She hadn't known about the Tonys, but she did vaguely recall that poor girl nearly in tears as she announced her...boyfriend? Whoever he was to her, he had been important. And now he was gone.]

Kyle.

[He hadn't asked, nor had the conversation indicated it would steer towards him asking. But she felt like she had to say his name right then. One more for the Book. That was why she was there, after all.]

Kyle too. I only just found out, when I saw his apartment being emptied.

[ Jack's eyes widened for a moment, before he reached out to her again. ]

[It wasn't a full embrace this time, but a far more subtle clasp of their hands. Fingers intertwining.]

[ He lingers at the touch for a moment, then guides her to the couch so she can sit across from him. Taking up the book and opening to a fresh page, it takes him a moment before he can write "Kyle Rayner" across the top of the sheet. ]
